We’re currently seeking an Operations Program Manager to ensure contract compliance and stability in the delivery of managed digital media services. This position requires effective communication with internal resources and channel partners to ensure successful fulfillment of contractual obligations, and coordi-nates with internal resources to identify additional product placement opportuni-ties with existing client base. As an integral member of the Operations Team, the Operations Program Manager will process and track client issues related to product rollout as well as on-going production issues.

Other areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to; 1) coordinates and manages external service providers and vendors, 2) proactively interacts with clients to ensure contractual commitments are met, 3) coordinates with Financial Team to ensure timely invoicing based on con-tractual obligations and milestone, 4) handles cash flow analysis; responsi-ble for program P/L, 5) reports and analyzes ongoing production costs, including hardware analysis and help desk functions, and 6) handles materials management (planning and procurement).

This position requires a self-starter with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; 4-6 years of work experience with direct project or program man-agement role leading a fulfillment effort in excess $1M, preferably in technology or media services; familiarity with a variety of program management concepts, practices, and procedures; relies on experience and judgment to plan and ac-complish goals. Sales, contract negotiation, facilities planning or management, and/or manufacturing experience a plus.
